Automated multi-axis profile milling and miter jointing in our Petone workshop ensuring micrometer-perfect tolerances.
3. Thermal Heart Assembly
Insertion of 34mm polyamide struts and high-efficiency double/triple glazed IGUs with automated argon gas filling.
4. Consent Certification
Producer Statements (PS3/NZBC H1 Calculation Certificates) ready for Wellington City & Hutt City council inspectors.
